About Stefanie

Developing a brand is such an exciting venture, and I am happy to help small business owners, fellow creatives, blogger entrepreneurs — anyone — create the perfect solution for manifesting their visual identity.

My name is Stefanie and I’ve been designing for over fifteen years. I have a background in fine art, with a concentration in abstract expressionist painting — but my start in design began on the web in the early 2000s.

I love thinking about how different combinations of colors, shapes, and textures can communicate so many different things, and evoke unique emotional experiences within us. I believe in designing with detail and depth, intertwining form with function, asking questions, solving problems, and doing so in the most beautiful way I can — for every client and every project.

THE PROCESS

consultation

We’ll start off with a client questionnaire which will allow me to get acquainted with you, your company, and your vision. We’ll talk about brands you love and what kind of lifestyle aesthetic appeals to you, what colors you like, what you want your brand to communicate to your clients, etc. From there I can begin to visualize your new brand’s mood and start brainstorming. 

conceptualization

Within 1-2 weeks of receiving your completed questionnaire, I will send you a set of logo concepts for you to review. We can talk about what works for you and what doesn’t. Once a design is approved, we will move on to the next step.

variations

Depending on your design package, I will create a set of logo variations (one color, horizontal full color, horizontal one color, a submark, or with a texture background) that will allow your brand identity to maintain its integrity throughout its various applications.

finalization

If also included in your package, we will continue the same design process with other branding assets, such as the brand board, or business cards and other stationery. One round of revisions is allowed to these components. Once everything is finalized, I will prepare all the files for delivery, and send them to you in a zip file. And there you have it! Your very own custom brand identity! 

payment

A 50% deposit is due upon signing the Letter of Agreement before any work commences. The remaining balance will be due when I provide you with your final deliverables. Please note that additional revisions not included in the original package will be billed separately at an hourly rate of $75. I will send you an invoice via PayPal (from the email address studioyniguez@gmail.com).

I work on a variety of projects that include (but are not limited to) brochures, booklets, newsletters, menus, banners, labels, and packaging design. When I am not working on logo and brand identity projects, I absolutely love designing invitations and party printables for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, and other occasions. Pricing depends on the scope of each project.
